It was a tense couple of hours in North Hollywood yesterday afternoon while LAPD officers waited for a suspect to come down from his perch on a pole, according to abc7. Responding to a call that a man was armed with a knife, the police pursued the suspect, who opted to climb a telephone pole on Camarillo Street near Lankershim Blvd. in order to evade capture.
