Call it a prank, a punking, or just ironic ad space purchasing, but the KPCC billboard that went up recently outside local Pacifica station KPFK's Valley studio raised a few eyebrows. Pacifica Radio KPFK, the Cahuenga Pass-based progressive radio station (also 98.7 FM Santa Barbara), today announced some big changes to stay relevant to to L.A. and Southern California audiences.
