LA Dodgers defeat Florida Marlins 9-1. Marlins starter Andrew Miller looked absolutely horrible. He went 1 2/3 innings and gave up seven earned runs on five hits and five walks which could have been worse if reliever Mark Hendrickson (remember him?) didn't get the final out in the second inning with the bases loaded. Meanwhile Chad Billingsley went seven innings notching a season-high 13 strike outs while giving up only one run on five hits. With closer Takashi Saito out indefinitely after coming out of the game Saturday night with a tingly feeling in his arm, it was a relief for the Dodgers not to have to address that in this game.
