A fire that broke out shortly before 11:30 a.m. has burned about 10 acres off Ortega Highway in San Juan Capistrano area. It's expected to grow, say fire officials, because of various downed power lines due to the tractor crash and the fires direction, which is uphill. A two acre brush fire has sparked up off Ortega Highway near Lake Elsinore, a city in Riverside County, according to KCAL9 on-air news. The highway runs through the Cleavland National Forest where the fire is most likely located. The fire is reported to have the potential to burn up to 200 acres, but no structures are immediately threatened. UPDATE: The fire grew to five acres before it was quickly knockedown. more ›
