Never let it be said that men in Los Angeles don't have access to the best in independent designer duds, at least not now. GQ just published their Top 10 Best Independent Men's Stores in America and Opening Ceremony on La Cienega took the top spot while Confederacy on Hollywood Blvd. secured the fifth spot on the much-vaunted-among-fashionistas list.
