A security guard working on the set of the CBS crime drama "NCIS" was killed yesterday when "the driver of a production company van blacked out and his vehicle slammed into a tent," according to LA Now. The tent was blocking the victim's view, and he was not able to move out of the way. Now the production has been halted as state investigators probe the incident. more ›

My tech advisor is a Master Gunner so I've been learning a lot. I can 'consciously aware' put my weapons together in the dark, but I'm not 'self-consciously' aware yet - I can't play the piano blindfolded yet. I went down to Camp Pendleton to do some training with the Marines, they've got their own Special Ops group now.
