The Northridge Fashion Center area is getting a development boost with an influx of development projects. Three of the four are mixed use with retail/commercial space on the first floors and the site Kmart is expected to be razed for one of the residential buildings, according to the Daily News. Of course, there are major concerns over increased traffic and to date, there are no major public transit lines in the immediate area.
