For the second time in two months, the MGM Tower in Century City has been evacuated after a bomb threat. "Please be advised that MGM Tower has received a bomb threat. Building Management and the Los Angeles Police Department have been notified," an 11:35 a.m. MGM e-mail obtained by Defamer said. "As a precaution, we have decided to evacuate the building effective immediately until approximately 2:00 pm. You will be evacuated by your Floor Wardens." UPDATE: According to LAPD Media Relations, who says they are notified of all bomb threats, the only threat today came from Northeast Division. One also occurred last night in Harbor.
