Tonight Staten Island-bred rapper Ghostface Killah (LAist Review, #2) will be taking on two sets at the House of Blues Sunset with none other than Method Man and Redman, who will be performing together of course. Legendary Washington-bred hard rockers the Melvins are poise to grace the Wiltern. And, lastly, New Jersey's own country-infused folk act Roadside Graves will be performing at Spaceland with Le Switch and the World Record. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Echoplex to catch Quantic And His Combo Bárbaro, the latest musical endeavor from English musician/DJ/producer Will Holland. Beat Junkie founder/turntablist extraordinaire J.Rocc and DJ Nu-Mark, originally of Jurassic 5 fame, are slated to kick things off.

If $75 is too rich for your blood to see the Wu-Tang Clan tonight at the House of Blues, and most likely it is, consider the recently relesed Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan DVD as a much cheaper alternative to getting your fix of the 36 Chambers.

Tonight rappers Method Man and Redman will be performing at the House of Blues Sunset. We can only surmise that they'll be performing songs from 1999's Blackout!. Brit-rockers Travis is set to play to a sold-out crowd at the Troubadour. Florida's own Copeland will be shelling out saccharine indie pop songs at the El Rey Theatre in support of 2008's You Are My Sunshine. You'll surely get your fix of falsetto. Brooklyn-based pop rockers Bishop Allen will be performing at the Echo. And, lastly, psych rock act Spindrift will be celebrating the release of their forthcoming full length, 2008's The West, with grizzly blues rock duo Restavrant at the Roxy. But we suggest heading over to the Echoplex to catch Indie 103's Check One Twosday. Local indie rock songbirds Earlimart will be accompanied by Red Cortez, formerly known as the Weather Underground.

If you put together a dream lineup for a hip hop show, chances are it would look something like this year’s Rock the Bells festival. This year’s incarnation featured the reunion (finally!) of one of the most acclaimed hip hop outfits in history, A Tribe Called Quest as well as the first performance in years from California’s own Pharcyde. But was from top to bottom a who’s who of Hip Hop both past and present. (Story continued below photo gallery)

LAist caught up with Ben Lyons from E! to tell us what Park City is really like during the Sundance Film Festival. From Charlize Theron to Diddy, Ben's time at the festival is jam packed with screenings, interviews, and parties. We asked him to fill us in on his favorite films, his obsession with "Beverly Hills 90210", and going bobsledding with Ivan Radcliff.

Ghostface Killah The Big Doe Rehab Def Jam December 4, 2007 "No time...there's never any time," cried a caffeine pill crazed Jesse Spano in that very special episode of "Saved by the Bell." Ghostface Killah laughs at you and your complaints, Spano. While you can't find the time to balance a geometry midterm, getting into Stanford and covering Pointer Sister tunes, Pretty Toney is having no trouble finding time to spit sick verses on 8...
