Walking tours are a convenient way for tourists to learn about the history and architecture of a city. Why not take advantage of these tours to learn about your own town? Los Angeles hosts a variety of walking tours, but one of our favorites is one of the newest. And only partly because they give you Chinese food and cake.

Looking for a fun weekend excursion at one of the most foodie-friendly locations in LA? Melting Pot Tours will be leading a walking-and-tasting tour of the Farmers Market at 3rd & Fairfax to the Beverly Center at 3rd & La Cienega this Friday and Saturday at 9:30am. Tours are expected to last about 3.5 hours and will include tastings and small bites at various restaurants and eateries along the route.
