Comedian Louis C.K., known for his hilarious quips revealing the ridiculous in humanity, almost missed his flight from NYC to L.A. for his Wednesday night appearance on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno. His hectic morning involved taking his two daughters to school - in a limousine provided by "The Tonight Show" - when a few obstacles, like traffic and a sick kid, put a damper on his plans. more ›

Louis C.K.'s "Louie" premieres at 11pm on FX tonight and the show eclipses any other offerings at that hour. If you've been fortunate enough to see C.K.'s stand-up act or his short-lived HBO show, "Lucky Louie", you know that he is one incredibly talented performer and creator. The Emmy-award winner is getting another chance to do his thing on FX and it just might work out: the network has been committed to providing edgy shows both in drama and comedy. more ›

Memorial Day Weekend Edition The 2008-2009 season which ended this week has seen the networks' ratings collectively drop 16%. FOX remained on top for the 5th consecutive year but even they fell 13% in viewership, a fall attributed to not having the Super Bowl as well as "American Idol" sinking in viewership. Only CBS saw an increase in viewership (11%) which was fueled by the success of "The Mentalist". more ›
