Even though we've been told everything changed after 9/11 that doesn't mean it can't change back. With a record setting first quarter for International travel, LAX expects to get back to pre-9/11 traffic levels by next year. The 4.1 million international passengers in the first quarter this year surpassed the 4 million international customers during the same period in 2001. March of this year saw a 13.2% increase in foreign travel over March of 2004.
