Police are looking for a man who raped a 14-year-old girl outside her apartment building in La Puente. The incident took place on January 2 in the evening, according to City News Service. The assailant, who's described as a young Hispanic man between the ages of 18 and 22 with a faux-hawk, started talking to the girl as she was walking towards the trash bins.

Today around 12:30 p.m. at Nogales High School in La Puente, a call came into 9-1-1 -- there was a gun on campus. Sheriff Deputies responded and found out it was a prank. He says at least two students were in custody.
