A 22-year-old substitute teacher at a La Mirada middle school was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of lewd acts with a 13-year-old female student, including "sexting" and the exchange of sexually graphic photographs. Taylor Welch was dismissed from his teaching duties at Arlie F.
