Kings of Leon are having band problems bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade. Lead singer Caleb Followill walked off stage during a performance Friday in Dallas prompting a cancellation of the entire U.S. tour.

Coachella 2011: OFWGKTA=OMGWTFBBQ, Cee-Lo Stops Believin', Lauryn Hill Sails, Kings Of Leon Go Unshirtless, Chemical Brothers Serenade The All-Night Roller Rink
In a fitting prelude to Passover, thousands of chaotic believers seeking musical salvation endured a defining shlep across the desert to celebrate all that freedom and outdoor roller skating had to offer at the 2011 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.
Macy Gray Surprises The Blue Ball With Live Set, KOL Cover
This past Saturday at Siren Studios in Hollywood was The Blue Ball, a celebration of Perez Hilton's 33rd Birthday -- which featured every attendee decked out in blue. One highlight of the very fun event (other than the bouncey-bounce castle!) was Macy Gray's surprise performance.
Kings of Leon @ Hollywood Bowl, 7/12/10
The band of Followills, comprised of three brothers and one cousin, better known as Kings of Leon played to a sold out Hollywood Bowl Monday night. Led by Caleb Followill, KOL has never sounded tighter and stronger. After their explosion in popularity following the 2008 release Only By The Night, the band has spent the better part of two years touring worldwide and has finished recording a new album.
Tonight In Rock: Kings Of Leon, Active Child, The Mynabirds, Mississippi Man
Tonight Nashville-bred alternative rockers Kings of Leon will be headlining the Hollywood Bowl with none other than legendary Boise-based indie rock progenitors Built To Spill. LA's own electro-pop singer-songwriter Active Child is poised to take on Bardot for this week's edition of 'School Night.' And, lastly, former Georgie James member Laura Burhenn, who currently performs under the pseudonym the Mynabirds (LAist Interview), will be gracing the Hotel Café. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Echo to catch local folk-infused indie rock outfit Mississippi Man. LAist favorites, local indie pop quartet Superhumanoids and alternative rockers the Useless Keys are slated to perform as well. Did we mention that it's Molly Bergen's birthday? And she's DJing as well?! Say wha!
Tonight In Rock: Sunset Junction, Kings of Leon, Harvey Danger, The Matches
Tonight Nashville-bred alternative rockers Kings of Leon will be taking on the Forum with Athens' own garage rock revivalists the Whigs. Seattle's own alternative rock outfit Harvey Danger will be performing at Largo at the Coronet. And, lastly, Oakland-based pop punk act the Matches will be performing their final show as a band in Los Angeles to a sold-out crowd at the Troubadour. But we strongly suggest heading over to Sunset Junction to catch the 29th year of the annual street fair that we all hold dear to our hearts: the Sunset Junction Street Fair. Local favorites Miss Derringer, War Tapes, Warpaint, Rumspringa, Dengue Fever and Nico Vega will be performing today, as well as prominent, national acts like the Submarines, The Delta Spirit, Islands, Conor Oberst & The Mystic Valley Band, Sa-Ra, Sly & Robbie.
Week In Rock: Elvis Costello, Kings of Leon, The Flaming Lips, Sunset Junction Street Fair
This week English singer-songwriter Elvis Costello and the Sugarcanes will be headlining the Greek Theatre with Nashville-based three-time Grammy Award-winning folk songstress Lucinda Williams in tow. Nashville-bred alternative rockers Kings of Leon will be taking on the Forum with Athens' own garage rock revivalists the Whigs. Oklahoma-based psych-infused alternative rock outfit the Flaming Lips are poised to unleash their rather euphoric theatrics upon onlookers at the Greek Theatre, as well as the newly-reopened Pomona Fox Theatre. And, lastly, Saturday and Sunday will mark the 29th year of the annual street fair that we all hold dear to our hearts: the Sunset Junction Street Fair. Both prominent, national acts (Conor Oberst & the Mystic Valley Band, Built To Spill, Sly & Robbie, to name a few) and local acts (Local Natives, Dengue Fever, Fool's Gold, to name a few) will be performing across four stages in the heart of the Eastside.
Seven Questions with...Diana Miller, Talent Executive - 'Last Call with Carson Daly'
LA has a diverse cast of characters. Whether it's the characters with stirring stories or interesting occupations or the people who are just simply characters, this town has them all. In an effort to get to know some of those characters a little better, we've created "Seven Questions with..."
Tonight In Rock: Jay-Z, Kings of Leon, Anberlin, The Locust
There's something for everyone tonight in LA. The big event of the night is, of course, the illustrious Brooklyn-bred rapper Hova performing at the newly-renovated Palladium. But we know that there are a lot of unfortunate souls who missed out on buying tickets to this sold out spectacular. So, Nashville rockers Kings of Leon will be stopping by the Nokia Theatre with Brooklyn-based indie rock band We Are Scientists and Montreal's the Stills. Jacksonville-based Black Kids will be laying down syncopated dance beats at the Mayan with NY indie heartthrobs the Virgins and LA locals Voxhaul Broadcast. And, lastly, if you're looking for grindcore and strange masks, then head on over to see San Diego's the Locust at the Smell. But we suggest camping out at the Echo with local indie greats the Henry Clay People and Army Navy, who will celebrating the release of their 2008 self-titled debut.
Bumbershot
Last Labor Day weekend I desperately needed to escape the disagreeable, torturous heatwave. So I made a last minute decision to fly to Seattle and bumbershoot. As luck would have it, my spontaneity provided for a much more temperate and rainless 70 degree haven. The Bumbershoot Festival has been running 37 years strong and every year it seems to progress into a bigger and better animal. Situated within the spacious Seattle Center amidst the...

A Little Rock n' Roll with Freshwater Collins
Sometimes we're just in the mood for a little rock n' roll. Not indie, not electro-punk, just some good ole rock. And where would we head for such an adventure? Uhm hello The Viper Room. Back when we were green to Los Angeles, and had heard of about four place in LA, The Viper Room was definitely one of them. Now we know some argue it's past its prime, but show some respect to your elders kid. Their is no denying the street cred of The Viper Room in rock circles.
Shout Out Louds at The Wiltern
In case you haven't heard, Swedish band The Shout Out Louds are playing at The Wiltern tonight and tomorrow. They're not headlining. They're not even sharing the bill. They're opening for Secret Machines and Kings Of Leon.So this is us telling you to get there early.
