LAist has always been big Bruno fans, and we're thrilled he's coming back. Voted the best sports radio personality by Los Angeles Magazine last year, Bruno's brand of funny, in-your-face, ironic humor was welcome every morning at Fox Sports Radio.

XTRA Sports 690 used to be the LA sports talk station based out of (shhhh...) San Diego. They would air USC games and other LA sporting events. But the feed was always lousy in LA. When XTRA boosted its antenna power in the late-90s, you could hear the station all the way up to Oregon, but it still came in choppy in the San Fernando Valley.
