Tonight at 10pm NBC will premiere "Outlaw" starring Jimmy Smits as a maverick Supreme Court Justice who wants to step down from the highest court in the land to fight for justice his way. We've seen a couple of the episodes as well as the Television Critics Association panel in late July. A lot of talent has been lined up for what is a very high-minded, stuffy, and predictable series.
