A man is in grave condition after he was shot in the head during a home invasion in Downey, reports City News Service. The man, whose name hasn't been released, was found by police on the 9300 block of Elm Vista Drive after they responded to a call reporting gunfire.

Police have noted that Medellin was childless and lived with a roommate, but newer reports have found that his roommate was in fact his boyfriend.
