California's very own Rapture advocate, Family Radio's Harold Camping, has suffered a stroke and has been hospitalized.
The stroke happened on Thursday, says InsideBayArea.com and was on the 89-year-old's right side. Camping is reportedly doing well, however his speech has been most affected.
Man's Drowning Death Linked To Rapture Predictions
A man drowned after attempting to swim across a reservoir in Northern California based on the belief that God was on the other side, reports CBS News. 25-year-old Victor Frasno, a resident of Florida, apparently tried to cross the lake despite the fact that he could not swim. According to CBS, Frasno's decision was likely based on predictions of the rapture made by Harold Camping.

A billboard campaign mounted by Oakland, California-based Family Radio Worldwide has been launched, and Angelenos are being urged to "save the date" for, well, the end of the world.
