Now that E3 is over we have had a moment to catch our breath and look back on the week. The most talked about announcement was Project Natal. We asked Ali Miller to describe her impression of the Natal unveiling

                     

Earlier this week Michael Jackson and auctioneer Julien's reached an agreement to give all of the 1,400 items that were to be auctioned this week back to the King of Pop. While this agreement may have ruined your chances of owning the singer's bubble hockey game, gold throne, espresso machine or life-sized Darth Vader made out of Legos, it did not, however, put a stop to the public viewing exhibition taking place at the old Robinsons-May in Beverly Hills located next door to the Beverly Hilton.

Thursday night Xbox 360 and Activision unveiled two of their most highly anticipated games, "Guitar Hero World Tour" (which hit shelves today) and "Call of Duty: World at War" to a jam packed crowd atCentral.

                      

Last Sunday was the inaugural edition of Kidrockers, hosted by comedians Patton Oswalt (MySpace) and Seth Herzog (MySpace), with performances by locals The Afternoons (MySpace) and The Deadly Syndrome (MySpace).

Sometimes you see rock tonight and sometimes you want to be rock tonight. If the latter, every Wednesday night at the Hyperion Tavern in the Los Feliz/Franklin Hills area, groups of friends gather to unite as one, to test their skills, woo the crowd and find their glory in Rock Band. Wednesday nights at the shack filled with chandeliers used to be reserved for Guitar Hero zealots, now groups of four can hit the stage and cheer the crowd or get booed off stage.
