OK, maybe I lied about the mashed potatoes. What I love most is the stuffing. Man, it's like Sophie's Choice trying to decide. I don't see any reason to deal with the hassle of making cornbread just to use in stuffing. But straight out of the box is boring. My mom has always used ground pork sausage in hers and it is killer.
