Tonight is the official unveiling of Peter Shire's latest public work of art. Over in the NoHo Arts Distrct, a gateway on Lankershim has been erected at Huston will welcome people to the neighborhood just like the arch in Chinatown and The Wave on Wilshire at the LA-Santa Monica border.
