It sounds pretty heavenly: A 44-acre street level park "on top" of the 101 Hollywood Freeway. It's an idea that's been in the works since 2006 (though its roots trace back to nearly three decades ago), and, with the support of several politicians and organizations, is making progress on its timeline.
