In fact, after Forbes released a report yesterday naming Los Angeles the sixth most toxic city in America, they might want to hold their breath altogether. Forbes has released a series of maps using Internal Revenue Service data that chart the migration patterns from county to county as part of a series of articles called "Where America's Money is Moving." The maps were created using 2008 information, though not every move in the country is represented, since the IRS "only reports inter-county moves for more than 10 people."
