LAist met with "Wanderlust" cast members and director David Wain to discuss the film, if any of them find the idea of communal living appealing, and how easy it is to get used to being surrounded by nudists.
Hippies, Nudists, and Baring it All: A Chat With Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd, and the Cast and Director of "Wanderlust"
Seven Questions: Paul Scheer, Actor/Comedian/Host of The Streamy Awards
Prior to his days as one-third of MTV's "Human Giant (LAist Interview)," co-star of FX's "The League," panelist on VH-1's "Best Week Ever" or guest starring on "30 Rock," comedian/actor Paul Scheer was making audiences laugh online as one of the stars of "Shutterbugs," a Channel 101 classic featuring fellow "Human Giant" stars Rob Huebel and Aziz Ansari (Seven Questions, LAist Interview) as cutthroat agents to infant Hollywood stars. Paul, who recently hosted "A Night of 140 Tweets" -- celebrity tweet-a-thon benefiting the people of Haiti, continues to make us all laugh online with his numerous Funny or Die.com videos and his must-follow Twitter updates.
Weekend Movie Guide: Carpe Diem!
I doubt that Soul Men will be very good, but I'll watch it just to see the late Bernie Mac. His untimely death teaches all of us not to do tomorrow (or months from now) what you can do today! I know the perfect girl to take to the ghoulish Repo! The Genetic Opera, but she's so darn unavailable! Were there unresolved plot points from the original that required a Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa? Does anyone not like Paul Rudd? The great David Wain (watch this!) directed Role Models so I will definitely check it out.
DVD Tuesday: Come on! It was a goof!
As a devoted fan of , though, is a completely different story.
Movie Review: The Ten
I'm not really sure how to review a movie like is so specific that I expect a lot of people won't like it. This was definitely the case in the screening I attended. On several occasions I heard the person sitting to my immediate right audibly begging for the movie to end. Meantime, I was laughing my ass off.
Hey 'Stella'!!
Seinfeld may have been about nothing, but “Stella,” a new show that premiered last night on Comedy Central, is about the absurd. Think about the two guys waiting on a bench for Godot, add a third, mix in some head-scratching humor, and voila, you have “Stella.”
