Pulled over for a traffic stop around 12:40 a.m., Kerry failed a field sobriety test, but refused to take a preliminary alcohol screening test in the field, leading to her arrest and booking at the local area station. It's believed that the murder of 8-year-old Lusine Safaryan and her father, Khachik Safaryan, age 43, happened yesterday morning between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. yesterday morning. In the afternoon, they were found dead inside their home at 1227 Tamarind Ave., each with a single bullet wound, by a 15-year-old family member who called police. An announcement for Labor Day (or it just happened to fall on it), John McCain's VP running mate Sarah Palin said that her daughter Bristol Palin, 17, is five months pregnant. Palin most recently gave birth to her down syndrome son Trig in April, but rumors spread on the internet that it was actually Bristol's. Today's announcement was in effort to debunk that rumor.
