TV Junkie: Critics' Choice Boring TV Awards; 'The Killing' Finale Was A-OK
The Critics' Choice TV awards were held today? Predictable and boring were the results. --- Other "critics" are up-in-arms about last night's "The Killing" finale on AMC but if they had done a bit of research and had open minds, they'd see there's nothing to be upset about. --- Some great late night TV is on tonight, paticularly "Chelsea Lately" and Jimmy Fallon's show.

TV Junkie: 'Platinum Hit' Incident at TCAs Today; Critic's Choice Awards Tomorrow
We saw an incident of bad reporting today at the Television Critics Association session that probably happens every day in entertainment reporting but we're supposed to be TV journalists, not celebrity hype-mongers. It's stuff like that makes us question almost all reporting.

TV Junkie: Monday
I've managed to avoid watching NFL playoffs and college bowl games but I'm getting worn down, I'm tellin' ya. If I got the Fox Movie Channel I would watch Less Than Zero tonight at 7pm because I'm just about as strung out as Robert Downey Jr.was in that flick. I'm not begging for the writers to capitulate, I want them to win, I'm just begging the networks to send me some shite to write about. Didn't you guys put stuff out on DVDs for the holidays? I'm sure that there's plenty of folks walking around with unused balances on their gift cards that would drop some cash on some of your repackaged programming.
