Cowboys and Turbans is a fusion restaurant that doesn't wear too many hats. Just two. Fusing Mexican and Indian, this fast-enough food establishment has an impressive menu -- the likes of which I've not seen around our fare city. Tandoori quesadilla, masala fries, chicken or tofu naanwiches -- all of which sound delicious. Though I wouldn't know.
