Don't panic, you don't have to rush out into traffic, just make sure your application (download it here) is postmarked by midnight. Dig the last-minute madness? Always entertaining Los Angeles blog Superfluous Juxtaposition calls our attention to InkaVote mascot Dots, his website and his poem. Well, we're here to tell you that, adorable though he may be, Dots is a bad, bad puppy. It's great that the County Clerk's office has spent so much time and money publicizing their mascot as a way to bring attention to their new voting system, but maybe that time and money would've been better......
