Charges were filed today against a man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl while dressed in a clown costume nine years ago. According to the Daily News, Jose Guadalupe Jimenez is now facing "two counts of lewd acts upon a child, a count of aggravated sexual assault of a child and a count of forcible lewd act on a child." Jimenez, who performs as a clown under the name "El Tin Larin," is accused of grabbing the girl off the street from behind, then taking her to a parking lot where he raped her in a car. more ›

CIA recruitment on UC campuses have always been a controversial topic. But Thursday UCSB students sent in the clowns to "rescue" a protester who was being "waterboarded".
