Because this isn't the first DUI arrest for "American Pie" actor Chris Klein, his latest set of charges could mean anywhere between three days and one year in jail. Earlier this month, Klein was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence when he spotted weaving across three lanes of the 101 Freeway at Woodman Avenue in Sherman Oaks. Actor Chris Klein Arrested for DUI in Sherman Oaks

In the American Pie movie series, Chris Klein is the sweet, clean-cut, all American boy. In reality, he's often referred to as a douchebag and now he's landed himself in jail on suspicion for driving drunk, reportedly testing three times over the legal limit. At 3:15 a.m., Klein's 1999 black Chevrolet Blazer was pulled over after apparently weaving across three lanes of the 101 Freeway at Woodman Avenue, according to the LA Times. He was taken to LAPD's Van Nuys Station and released without bail. In other DUI news, painter Thomas Kincade was recently arrested on a DUI in Carmel. more ›
