TV Junkie: Thursday

We've been waiting for months and it's finally here, the season premiere of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" (FX 10:00pm). Yeah, the crew made it onto NPR yesterday and LAist might have been running some banner ads for the show but LAist interviewed co-creator Charlie Day back in the day, before the current round of promo. more ›

Day created the series after shooting the pilot with a couple friends in their apartments and guerilla-style on the streets of LA. FX picked it up and the team lucked out getting Danny DeVito on board as well as directors like Fred Savage. more ›

While we generally hovered next to the go fug girls, the Mister Zero you don't want to !@$* with, Defamer's Employee of the Month and Marissa of Terra Non Firma, we did spend a little time with the boys of Martini Republic and several Yahoo! content kids who are transitioning from the bay area to the West side and were very serious about getting some In-N-Out burgers before heading back to the Viceroy for the after party. more ›
