The driver who fatally struck an elderly pedestrian in Echo Park last Wednesday has been arrested and faces a possible vehicular manslaughter charge. Gregory Andrew Fein, 40, of Chino Hills was reportedly fiddling with his Bluetooth wireless headset whilst driving his black Audi north on Echo Park Avenue around 9:40am when he struck 65-year-old Aurelio Polanco, who was crossing the road at Lucretia Avenue.
