We trust that all Angelenos had a better Valentine's Day than Cleveland's 19 Action News weatherman, Jon Loufman. While the LA metro area saw clear blue skies, temps in the mid-70s, and no reports of fat, dancing naked men, it seems a blizzard was hardly the most blinding part of Loufman's live on-the-street report. This, of course, begs the question, WWDRD (What would Dallas Raines do?)......
