Austin-based garage rockers Harlem are poised to grace the Echo with Echo Park's own psych-rockers Black Apples and Audacity. And, lastly, local funk troupe Orgone will be performing for free at noon in the heart of Downtown at California Plaza. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Echoplex to catch lo-fi, psychedelic pop maestros Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, who recently released their ninth studio-album—2010's Before Today.
