Which is why we're crossing our fingers that Win Butler, the lead singer and genius behind the Arcade Fire will have successful sinus surgery. Butler announced yesterday on the band's website that for three months he's been suffering from a sinus and bronchial infection and canceling the rest of their Euro tour and getting surgery has become a must.
