Pixar continues its phenomenal string of delivering fantastic films with would have benefited from more Blake Lively and changing the setting to a Swiss nudist colony. Werner Herzog may not be the best director around, but he's on the short list of most interesting. How can anyone not already own all of these Monty Python masterpieces? more ›

Weekend Movie Guide: Return to Narnia

Weekend Movie Guide: Return to Narnia

It's an incredibly light week for new releases this weekend. Looks like everyone is getting out of the way of the presumed blockbuster, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. I liked the first movie well enough, but that was probably due more to my childhood love of the books than the actual quality of the film. TV Junkie: Big Wednesday

It might have been better if they had manage to quarantine that thing to the East coast. Tonight - Monday - January 8th, 2007 Ohio State Buckeyes vs. the Florida Gators (FOX, 5:30 p.m.) This is it, the "BCS National Championship" football game Oilers @ Kings (Fox Sports, 7:30... more ›

Would You Say I Have A Plethora Of New TV Shows?

Jefe : A what? El Guapo : A *plethora*. Jefe : Oh yes, You have a plethora. Tony Plana of Three Amigos “Jefe” fame will be gracing the small screen this evening as the father of the lovely America Ferrera in “Ugly Betty.” ABC’s new addition to the oh-so-coveted Thursday, 8:00pm time slot is an American re-telling of the insanely popular Colombian telenovela, “Betty La Fea.” “Ugly Betty” was born of a Salma Hayek/Touchstone... more ›
