Saturday night's huge LACMA Halloween party sold out so quickly I had to buy my tickets on Ebay. Even then, 40 bucks a ticket for an entire night of drinking, hors d' ouvres, DJs, and entry into the Dali exhibition sounded too good to be true. There's a growing trend of male celebs either getting outed or outing themselves. And they're getting 'lanced,' says Reichen Lehmkuhl, Lance Bass' boyfriend, and former reality TV stud (from "The Amazing Race 4"). Austinist starts us off right by filling the famous person quota by interviewing Lewis Black, covers the social cause with a non-profit car sharing company, and gives us more wacky local facts than we can handle with Austin by......

We're not quite sure what The Amazing Race has to do with it but the Sac Bee (login required) decided to figure out how long it takes to get from Sacramento to LA without the use of a car. Amtrak will take you about eight hours assuming you go the Bakersfield route. Going along the coast is likely to take you much longer and you can expect delays (if you're taking the train, though,......
