  I commend Dennis Zine for asking for Ed Boks to step down. Boks has done nothing but make inhumane decisions as the gatekeeper of LA Animal services- and yes it does need to be addressed. This is a REAL ISSUE....

  Gee that 5000 could also spay and neuter a lot of animals and save the lives of literally thousands of lives but LA decided it was better to cut the spay and neuter program and have a parade for Scientology....
