Wait...wha? I was honestly saying it's an amazingly wild town. I've lived in a few really big cities, including NYC, and nothing comes close to what you see in LA on a pretty daily basis....

Bottom line = the cop is way too angry for the context. This was just a photo - can you imagine what he'll do in a high-pressure situation with guns drawn? Get him off the streets and into some anger...

It seems asinine to cut ties with an entire state -- effectively punishing private business owners for the decisions of their government. I agree with the above commenter that LA has enough of its own...
