It's defiantly a DNS issue... i can connect to websites via their IP when it goes down. Time Warner has always had DNS problems every year or so, they really need to get their act together....

Yup, Mobile (Same company) is doing the same thing too. All the Mobiles by my house are almost 20 - 30 cents more then all the others including chevron....
