Another Local Teacher Accused of Sex with Student
Another day, another SoCal teacher suspected of having sex with a student.
Today, KTLA reports that the teacher in question is from Davis Middle School in Compton. He was placed on leave after a female student's mother approached school employees and let them know that she suspected a sexual relationship was happening between the teacher and her daughter.
Some Compton Unified school board members believe that Superintendent Karen Frison knew about the allegations since January, though, and kept them in the dark. Parents have also complained about not being informed.
The teacher hasn't been arrested, and the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accusations.
Since a teacher at Miramonte Elementary School was accused of performing bondage acts on kids, allegations against teachers at local schools seem to be piling up, to the point that it's getting downright absurd. As one Davis parent put it in an interview with KTLA, "you don't know who is who."
