Accused OC Serial Killer May Have Had More Victims
The OC man who is being called a serial killer and is charged with the murder of four homeless men might be implicated in two other deaths, reports KTLA.
Itzcoatl Ocampo, 23, is currently facing four counts of first-degree murder, and special circumstances of multiple victims and murder by lying-in-wait. But police think that they might see a similarity in the way that the homeless victims were killed and the way that Raquel Estrada, 53, and her son Juan Herrera, 34, -- who live two miles from Ocampo's home -- were killed in a stabbing attack on October 25. The OC Register reports:
...detectives focused on the severity of the attacks, the number and the type of wounds, and the proximity of Ocampo's home to the scene of the Estrada and Herrera slayings
Ocampo is currently being held without bail.
