Disney, a world infamous for the "Disney Look," has again decided to ease up a little on its strict regulations of employee appearances and allow workers to grow a wee bit of chin hair.

But Disneyland workers pining for a beard and to enter the next Movember competition, don't get too excited. Your beard or goatee must measure less than a quarter of an inch and cannot include a soul patch, according to The OC Register.

The revised Disney Look code, which changes a nearly 60-year-old rule, becomes effective February 3 and is explained in a statement by Betsy Sanchez, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman.

"Disney Look guidelines are periodically reviewed in relation to industry standards, as well as the unique environment of our theme parks and resorts. While we are careful to maintain our heritage and the integrity of our brand, a recent review of our guidelines led to a decision that an update was appropriate at this time."

Although the code has been revised in recent years to allow mustaches and sleeveless tops (as long as the shoulder straps are at least 3 inches wide), it still bans employees from sporting visible body piercings, tattoos and tooth fillings, as well as eyewear that is not "conservative color and stylefree from contrasting logos." The list goes on and can be viewed here, "because every detail counts."
