Lindsay Lohan Served Again, This Time By Delusional Man Claiming She May Be A 'High-End Prostitute'

Lindsay Lohan continues to behave and meet the terms of her probation stemming from her DUI and necklace theft, but during a probation progress meeting this morning, Lohan faced yet another challenge. The 25-year-old starlet got served by a process server hired by a delusional man who claims Lohan might be a prostitute.

TMZ obtained a copy of the suit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, which is posted online, and describes it as "essentially 12 pages of incomplete, incoherent gibberish" filed by Thomas A. Green, a man who claims to be a former U.S. Marine and to have played a role in the killing of Osama bin Laden.

Green is suing Lohan for a tidy $300,000 for engaging in unfair business practices, alleging the actress communicated to him via Facebook that she would participate in Green's dot-com business brainchild.

TMZ breaks down the "gibberish" as follows:

It appears Green feels he was duped ... and when he pressed Lohan about her true intentions, he uncovered a conspiracy about the killing of Bin Laden.

In his suit, Green writes, "[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency."

Green randomly adds in the suit, "[Lohan] might be a high end prostitute." A key point in understanding Green's mental state is that he mentions his recent stay in a homeless shelter due to a "depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations."

In better news, LiLo received good words from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner during this morning's brief hearing at the Airport Branch Courthouse. "Just keep doing what you're doing, and you appear to be doing it well,'' the judge told Lohan, who has adhered to a rigid schedule of community service work at the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office and therapy sessions post-abridged jail time. She was previously booted from her community service program at the Women's Center on Skid Row for her failure to show up for nine scheduled visits.

Lohan is due back in court for her probation progress on February 22. There is no word yet on what she plans to do in terms of the Green lawsuit.
