Coachella Releases On Sale Info for 2012 Festival Weekends

You've had a couple of days to peruse, analyze, contemplate, debate, and evaluate the current lineup for the 2012 Coachella festival (and, yes, the one we published was legit, mmmkay?!) and now it's time to figure out if you're going, and how to get tickets. On sale information was made available today.

Mark your calendar: Tickets go on sale Friday, January 13, at 10am Pacific time. Yep, that's two days from now. The Coachella site has info about what passes remain available, sine they did a "layaway offer" last June--i.e. they tell us the only festival pass left for Weekend 1 is the GA Festival Pass/Shuttle Pass Combo, and all passes are available for Weekend 2. But, psst: LAYAWAY IS NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR EITHER WEEKEND.

Then there's some info about setting up a purchasing account:

Between now and this Thursday, January 12th we strongly advise you to go set up your purchasing account to expedite the purchasing process. To set up your account for Weekend 1 go here or Weekend 2 go here (don't worry, if you decide to get passes for the other weekend you can easily have your account transferred to the other weekend when buying your passes).
