LAPD Arrest Man Who Allegedly Sexually Assaulted a Minor Girl Who He Also Made Work as a Street-Walking Prostitute

A months-long investigation culminated last week in the arrest of a man wanted for sexually assaulting a minor girl and forcing her to work as a prostitute, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Criminal charges were filed December 22 against Michael Vincent Pree.

Pree is accused of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Minor, Pimping/ Pandering and multiple counts of Lewd Acts upon a child for his involvement with a girl under 12 years old who he contacted and took to his home, where he spent a week forcing her to have sex with him and work as a street-walking prostitute.

A search warrant was served on Pree's residence December 21 where they found more "evidence linking Pree to his criminal enterprise."

The LAPD investigated and arrested Pree in association with the FBI, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the United States Attorney’ Office, and the Department of Homeland Security under the banner "The Innocence Lost Task Force."
