Baby, It's (Gonna Be) Cold Outside
It's going to be a frosty, windy, wintery holiday weekend.
Temperatures are expected to dip into the 20s and 30s tonight and it's supposed to be especially chilly in the valleys, according to the National Weather Service. It issued a frost advisory for the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys that starts after midnight and lasts until tomorrow morning. If you have delicate plants (that haven't blown away from the Santa Anas), tonight's the night to bring them inside.
The National Weather Service warns that it could get windy up in the hills. Northeast winds will be blowing until Sunday, and some gusts could get up to 45 mph. The winds will start blowing tonight through the morning, they will kick up again tomorrow night and taper off Sunday morning.
