Richard James Kim, 33, has been on the LAPD's "Most Wanted" List for the attempted murder of two men over their gang affiliation way back in 1999. When he flew into LAX yesterday his history may have finally caught up with him. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection found out that there was a warrant out for his arrest when they searched law enforcement databases, and he was arrested yesterday at LAX, according to City News Service.
Kim's two alleged accomplices, who were juveniles at the time, had already been arrested. Kim is now in the custody of the LAPD, CNS reported.
