On the menu for today is the following trio of new organic goodies: Eggnog Cupcake, Peppermint Stick Cupcake and a gluten-free Muddy Water Chocolate Cupcake. Alleyne says of her Eggnog Cupcake, "Trust that my West Indian roots and love for rum-influenced recipes will also inspire this flavorful cupcake," in a release.

Alleyne accommodates L.A.'s mindful eating by refusing to use chemicals or preservatives in her baked goods. Her wholesome ingredients include farm fresh buttermilk, European butters and decadent German and Dutch cocoa powder. Soul Cups was featured on Food Network's "Cupcake Wars" in February 2011.

Soul Cups goods will be available at Say Cheese today from 11am to 2pm to satiate the sweetest of teeth. Regular size individual cupcakes are $3.50 each, 2-packs of regular size cupcakes are $6.50 and a pack of a dozen mini cupcakes is $30.
